Your home matters to you. The work we do in it matters to us. CC&D Construction offers new construction, residential remodeling, and inspection report repairs, with personal attention from owner and contractor Gordon Janz.
YOUR LOCAL BUILDER, GORDON JANZ
Good work starts with listening.
When you invite a contractor into your home, you want someone who listens, respects your space, and cares about getting the details right.
That’s the approach Gordon Janz brings to CC&D Construction. Locally owned and based in Anacortes, we bring hands-on construction experience and pride in a job well done. We take time to understand what you need, answer your questions, and talk through the work ahead.
Whether you’re planning a new home or taking care of the one you have, we want you to feel comfortable with the people doing the work.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
A home you’ll be proud to come home to.
Building a home is personal. It’s about the way you live, the people you share it with, and the details that make it yours. Bring Gordon your ideas and questions, and let’s talk about your plans for a new home or available CC&D spec-home opportunities.
RESIDENTIAL REMODELS
Make your home work better for you.
Maybe your home needs an update, a more practical layout, or a space that finally works the way you need it to. We listen to what you’d like to change and approach your remodel with care for both the finished work and the home you live in.
INSPECTION REPORT REPAIRS
A repair list is easier with someone to call.
An inspection report can leave you wondering where to start. Gordon can talk through the items you need addressed, discuss the repair work, and help you understand the next steps. Share your report and any timing requirements so we can start with the details that matter.
